We delivered a major content project for Trainline, producing inspirational and informative SEO copy for over 1,000 landing pages. Pages covered stations, destinations and attractions across the UK, from major London terminuses to small countryside locations. To ensure consistency we developed a detailed, research-backed briefing document for our writers, helping us to deliver a high standard of work to tight weekly deadlines.

With the 2015-16 ski season approaching, we developed guides to five key resorts in the European Alps for use on Hotels.com landing pages. We used search and data insights to identify priority resorts and topics, and created original interactive maps to support copy. A central hub page delivered inspirational text about the skiing experience, and tied the five resort guides together.

Melt helped Daily Mail Travel to investigate a dip in traffic following the publisher’s switch to a new content platform. We conducted a full technical SEO audit, examining site structure and backlink profile, and delivering a detailed and actionable migration assessment.

Strand Palace came to Melt with a poorly-optimised desktop site that redirected to a basic mobile version. We transformed the hotel’s online presence and made it 100% mobile-ready, building a new responsive version of the site on the same WordPress platform as the original. Melt subsequently developed international pages in several languages, and provides ongoing front-end development, including work on the Strand Palace booking widget.
